    Freezer repairMike was a true gem! Look no further if you need an appliance fixed. Nice person, goes the extra mile, is responsive, takes pride in his work and is extremely reasonable with prices. He feels more like a partner than a salesman and personally that’s what I’m looking for if something breaks. I called him with a freezer problem (wasn’t freezing) and instead of telling me he needed to come out and charge me a fee to assess, he told me to try a few things at home first. When that didn’t work I called him back the next day and he was able to come out same day. The job ended up being much more complicated but he gave me real options and was not afraid to tell me that if the last few things he tried didn’t work, it might be best to simply buy a new fridge. He put in the time to truly understand the problem (hours) and his fees were more than reasonable. He then told us to let him know if that wasn’t working and the next day he came back at no charge, tried one more thing and brought our fridge / freezer back to life! Thank you Mike, I will be recommending you to all friends & colleagues :)

    First of all, Mike made it to the appointment on time (Thats gotta be rare!) He was also very communicative as the appointment time approached, and provided an ETA. He would spend some time educating you (which as the professor I am, I appreciated that aspect) on how my fridge works, what could be a reason to the malfunction, and a few common troubleshooting tricks to use should the problem presents again in the future. I could also grasp what are some typical issues of my fridge, the parts that are more likely to break first, their typical lifetimes, and reasons why they break. So, very knowledgeable guy overall. In the end he also provided me with a detailed receipt which I needed to send it to my insurance company to get reimbursed. They also accept all types of payments as expected. For reference purposes, my fridge is an LG, french doors, with double-bottom fridge. In my case, I had already bought the part in advance, so I was only charged for the labor. If all their techs are as good as Mike is, contacting HQ should be a no-brainer for anyone looking to repair their appliances. Best to you all!

    I thought my refrigerator was dying as it was not completely cooling. I called Mike and he inspected the refrigerator and found that it only needed to be reset by pulling the plug, waiting and then plugging the refrigerator back in. Mike explained why it needed to be reset and he showed me how to tell if the refrigerator was cooling. He also gave other tips such as placing a surge plug with a delayed response so the refrigerator would not turn on immediately when the sudden power outages occur. Mike also looked at my washing machine and said it was working fine and gave tips about the machine. What I really appreciated was a text from Mike the next day asking how the refrigerator was working. Mike will always be the person I call for repairs!

    GE refrigerator repairHad an issue with my refrigerator. Called HQ Appliance Repair and set an appointment. Mike came on time, diagnosed the issue and named a reasonable price to get it fixed. I’ve been kept updated at every step. Now it’s working as new and the working area was left spotless, no boxes, parts or wrappers were left.     5 star rating Whirlpool dishwasher repairMy less than 2 year old Whirlpool dishwasher just quit working one day. It filled up the water then nothing. After searching on Yelp, I called Mike, explained what's going on, and made an appointment. Mike showed up on time with a mask, and he was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem was the electronic connector that goes to the pump. He also made sure the pump was still in good shape instead of just trying to sell me a new one (saved me $150). I called Mike because my LG Refrigerator is not functioning properly. He told me OVER THE PHONE exactly what the issue was and directed me to call LG because they would repair it for a lower price since it had a warranty. MOUTH DROP. He could have made over $1400 on me but he is a true service man with GREAT service! He directed me elsewhere at a cost to himself. You cannot get more HONEST than that!

I am not using him this time, but going forward this number will be saved in my phone. I am also a Realtor in the area and I will be directing all my clients to MIKE! THank you Mike! Just when I thought the world was a total loss!

Review of Freezer & Refrigerator repair Houston TX

My refrigerator would no longer get cold. I requested a quote from HQ App. on Yelp and within a few minutes I recieved a response and made an appointment for the next day. Mike texted to let me know he was on the way and was on time for the appointment. Mike took a look at the refrigerator/ freezer and quickly determined the issue to be the defroster. Mike made sure I understood the issue and pointed out the issue in the freezer. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and fixed another issue at my house. He provided a one year warranty on the work and also texted the next day to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.
