    I had issue with my dishwasher and was so concerned how I will find someone honest and understand what they are doing so I looked up dishwasher repair on google and found mike. He was so patient and helpful when speaking to him on the phone and even gave me advice how to troubleshoot which was so kind of him. I scheduled for him to come out and he came on time and had my dishwasher running less than hour. I had given up hope on finding honest people these days but I am so glad I meet mike. He is master at his skill and I found my appliance tech for the future for family or friends!! Just an awesome person and tech!!

Mike showed me what the issue was and explained how it happened and what I could do to avoid it occurring again. He not only repaired my dishwasher he educated me about it. Once when our Jenn-Air fridge wasn’t cooling in the height of summer and today when our pipes froze and had no running water during an 18 degree cold snap. Both times were urgent and on a moments notice, and he responded within minutes. He’s extremely knowledgeable, affordable, and very professional and knew exactly what the problem was both times (even as I explained to him over the phone).     Mike has repaired several appliances in our home (washing machine, dryer, refrigerator) and checked another appliance for me to determine if it was worth fixing and recommended a different type (no brand... wasn't selling anything) that broke less frequently and was much less expensive to repair. (He even took my calls during a storm when our standby generator stopped working and offered to come out the next day to evaluate and see if there was anything he could do.) He takes the time to explain what is wrong and what his plan is to repair. Then during repair, he has always shown me the part he has to replace and explains/shows us what is wrong with it. He recommended using a different product in the washer to avoid problems in the future. He cleans up afterwards. His fees are very fair and reasonable and most times he can come the same day or the next. We find him to be very pleasant and knowledgeable and feel lucky to have found him. I keep his number in my phone and he's the first one we call with any appliance issues. Great experience! He is very pleasant and knowledgeable and I don't have to worry that I am going to be cheated or lied to. Very nice guy! Great business!

    5 star rating I called Mike because he was recommended by Samsung. He came out same day even though he said the day after. He listened to what was happening and went right to troubleshooting the unit. Shortly after he had found the problem, gave me a very descriptive diagnosis and let me know what the cost would be. I thought the price was very reasonable. He repaired the appliance and then thoroughly tested it out. I will absolutely use Mike in the future for any appliance repairs.

I called Mike because my LG Refrigerator is not functioning properly. He told me OVER THE PHONE exactly what the issue was and directed me to call LG because they would repair it for a lower price since it had a warranty. MOUTH DROP. He could have made over $1400 on me but he is a true service man with GREAT service! He directed me elsewhere at a cost to himself. You cannot get more HONEST than that!

I am not using him this time, but going forward this number will be saved in my phone. I am also a Realtor in the area and I will be directing all my clients to MIKE! THank you Mike! Just when I thought the world was a total loss!

Review of Freezer & Refrigerator repair Houston TX

My refrigerator would no longer get cold. I requested a quote from HQ App. on Yelp and within a few minutes I recieved a response and made an appointment for the next day. Mike texted to let me know he was on the way and was on time for the appointment. Mike took a look at the refrigerator/ freezer and quickly determined the issue to be the defroster. Mike made sure I understood the issue and pointed out the issue in the freezer. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and fixed another issue at my house. He provided a one year warranty on the work and also texted the next day to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.
