Our freezer stopped freezing. I messaged with a short description of the problem. Amazingly received a reply with a tip to try less than 10 minutes later and it was a Sunday. The tip seems to be working, but this will be my first call if I need any repairs on any appliance.

I had standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher. Called Sunday afternoon around 4 PM. He showed up and fix the dishwasher was done by 6:30 pm. He brought all the tools necessary, diagnose the problem which was likely a simple blockage. Rates were reasonable considering how quickly the work was done. I paid $150 total. Compare that to Sears which wants to charge you $99 assessment fee just to look at it, and whatever charges on top of that. Would definitely use them again and recommend to a friend. FYI: I am a real reviewer, no fake reviews here.
