Possible causes:
1. Fresh Food section fan stopped working
2. Iced up drain will cause excessive condensation and short inside fan that caused Ice Makers to stop
Solution:
1. Replace fan, Unclog drain, reset fridge
Actions:
1.Check fan(plug in new one to see if it runs). Unplug refrigerator
2. Disassemble GE refrigerator
3. Replace fan
4. Defrost and unclog GE refrigerator drain
5. Assemble GE refrigerator
6. Plug refrigerator back, wait 5 mins.
7. Check fan
8. Wait 3-4 hours to see if icemakers start producing ice.
Customer reported that icemakers started to produce ice next day.
Refrigerator is back in business.
