Refrigerator repair serviceI called Mike when my Refrigerator started leaking water onto my wooden floor. This was an emergency as we were leaving town. Mike came right out and knew exactly how to fix it. Not only did he fix it, he also explained how I could fix it myself. What really impressed me was the fact that Mike used a specialized tool to simulate a defrost cycle and test his repair. Afterwards Mike also gave me some valuable tips on truck tires, engine diagnosis, and potential solutions for issues I was having with my Mustang Cobra. Our dishwasher had a water leak problem. HQ Appliance Repair came on time and quickly identified the problem. He was professional with the work and the cost was reasonable. MIKE is a dying breed!
I called Mike because my LG Refrigerator is not functioning properly. He told me OVER THE PHONE exactly what the issue was and directed me to call LG because they would repair it for a lower price since it had a warranty. MOUTH DROP. He could have made over $1400 on me but he is a true service man with GREAT service! He directed me elsewhere at a cost to himself. You cannot get more HONEST than that!
I am not using him this time, but going forward this number will be saved in my phone. I am also a Realtor in the area and I will be directing all my clients to MIKE! THank you Mike! Just when I thought the world was a total loss!

HQ Appliance Repair Review
My refrigerator would no longer get cold. I requested a quote from HQ App. on Yelp and within a few minutes I recieved a response and made an appointment for the next day. Mike texted to let me know he was on the way and was on time for the appointment. Mike took a look at the refrigerator/ freezer and quickly determined the issue to be the defroster. Mike made sure I understood the issue and pointed out the issue in the freezer. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and fixed another issue at my house. He provided a one year warranty on the work and also texted the next day to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.

I had standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher. Called Sunday afternoon around 4 PM. He showed up and fix the dishwasher was done by 6:30 pm. He brought all the tools necessary, diagnose the problem which was likely a simple blockage. Rates were reasonable considering how quickly the work was done. I paid $150 total. Compare that to Sears which wants to charge you $99 assessment fee just to look at it, and whatever charges on top of that. Would definitely use them again and recommend to a friend. FYI: I am a real reviewer, no fake reviews here.
