Update: problem solved! Sprayed a bunch of WD40 along the mounting bracket and let it sit for 10 minutes, then used an allens wrench + hammer to loosen it off Hi all! I’ve got a Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher. It’s probably 5 years old. 6six weeks ago it started to leak from the bottom of the door. I got a repair person to look and ordered a replacement gasket for the bottom. We tried it today and it still leaked. He noticed the gasket around the sides and top seemed a little pushed in so he’s ordering a new one. Took it off and now it’s leaking worse. He looked at the spray arm and mentioned the blue circle seems a little loose and looked to have some melted plastic. Has anyone had this issue before? Hello! I have a problem that needs your expertise. After watching some tutorials on YouTube, I successfully cleaned off all dirt from in-between two pieces of tempered glass located inside one big frame which looks like an overdoor window pane except much bigger than regular windows Unfortunately though when putting everything back together again more; no matter what tools or tricks used during disassembly/reassembly processes...they just won't go away!!! Samsung dryer model # DVE50M7450W. Purchased from Costco as a gift for us and installed in 2022. Moved and reinstalled in 2023.About a month ago I heard an odd noise coming from the dryer. After watching it for a bit I noticed it arcing on the bottom right-hand door hinge on the outside. I thought it sounded and looked like static electricity, but even if it is *just* static electricity my understanding is it shouldn't be happening. Samsung paid for a technician to come inspect it. I showed him the video and he agreed about the static electricity. He couldn't find anything wrong with the dryer or plug wiring or any evidence of arcing. All the wires and connections are good, it's properly grounded, etc. He said he's seen something similar before, but it's always the wiring. He called Samsung and because he couldn't reproduce the issue they said it must be something wrong with our laundry. They said it is safe to use. The technician also thought it was safe to use. The issue persists. I've seen it happen with clothes and bedding. Nothing odd about the laundry we're drying. We're not very comfortable using it and have it unplugged with the breaker off. Think I " fried" the light circuit under my " over the range", Whirlpool while changing a bad bulb. Any ideas on how to fix this? Microwave about 2 years old. Whirlpool dishwasher installed in 2017. After a cycle, majority of dishes smell like wet dog. I have switched detergent, cleaned the filter (which is never dirty when I’ve removed it to clean), ran an empty cycle with a bowl of vinegar, poured baking soda & vinegar in drain hole & let it sit, poured bleach in the drain hole, and I’ve always used dishwasher cleaner once a month. Tonight, I sprayed the water holes in the lower arm with CLR to soak. Could it be the lower element needing to be replaced - would that cause the smell? I have extreme hard water containing chemicals & sediment so I’ve installed an Ion water filtration system, but I’m wondering if it’s too late & my dishwasher is toast. Has anyone experienced this same problem with their dishwasher? Recommendations? I’m a one income household - trying to figure this out so I don’t have to replace the dishwasher 🫡 ... I was using my elliptical one day and noticed it was swaying side-to-side much more than it should've. So I removed the covering and noticed that a screw was loose. Then I began trying to screw it tighter, but it wouldn't screw any tighter. Felt stripped or something. Now looking back it,the "insert nut" that it was screwed into, was spinning around with it. So long story short, I had to drill a hole into the screw to get both the screw and insert nut out of the machine. Now I don't know how to fix it. I can't stick it back inside the way it came, because the hole is too small for the wide edges on one end to fit. And I tried drilling the hole bigger and then flipping it around, and gluing it to the base, but the epoxy wasn't strong enough I guess as it fell back off. Not sure what to do now. Hi - I'd appreciate some guidance here. I chased a jarring grinding sound from the dryer to the motor. It makes a somewhat intermittent grinding noise when turned (in the "right" direction). I cleaned what I could with an air duster. My understanding is I'm not supposed to use WD-40, or anything flammable.My question is... Is this something I can clean without taking the motor apart? Hello all,I recently replaced the agitator dogs/agitator kit on my washing machine, and no matter what I try, the dogs are making a rachet sound when it spins backwards. ***Gas Dryer Help Please***In the beginning of the load cycle I can see that the igniter is glowing, then I hear the click and see the flames. This goes on for several minutes. BUT when it goes to cycle the heat back on again, the igniter glows, I hear the click, then no flame, and glow then ends.Why is the flame coming fine at the very start of the load and never again? GE washer help 😭 model # GTW460ASJ5WW - sometimes it stops during the wash cycle, sometimes it will finish the cycle then fill up with water, sometimes it will complete the cycle but it seems to skip the drain and spin cycle. When I try to do a drain & spin sometimes it will buzz for a min or so before actually draining, if it starts draining at all. I'm losing my mind one month over this TV antenna coax adaptor issue. If anyone has any ideas. The antenna is very good. I installed same one for my mom. My TV has female coax too small for the male coax on antenna I bought this TV antenna -- it worked on my mom's vizio tv. The coax will not fit on my dynex tv. :/ I got it from best buy and it's not that old (2012) : / The tv's female coax outlet (narrow and with threads) is too small for the antenna's male (wide.)I've tried 6 adapters and a new RG6 cable. I have a whirlpool cabrio dryer part# WED7300XW0 that stopped heating. I pulled it apart and cleaned lint from the trap to the blower, bottom of the case and everything I could get to with the shop vac. I then tested all the sensors and the thermal cutoff was giving me a bad reading, so I replaced it and the dryer worked for 1 load and now it’s not heating again. Pulled it back apart and the thermal cutoff is reading bad again.What’s something that would make the thermal cutoff go bad this fast? Maytag DishwasherModel MDB8979SFZ2Not draining water completely, which (I'm assuming) is the reason the "Clean" indicator doesn't turn on when the cycle is complete. I will run drain cycles but no change in water level. If I wait over night, and run a drain cycle - it will drain.Took apart the inside of the machine, perfectly clean. No issues. Pulled drain motor, spun freely, impeller perfect. Everything was clean, electrical connections tight. Drain line was clean, no blockage. I have the drain hose loop high and into the house drain. Put back together, ran a rinse cycle - drained just fine. Then ran a wash cycle and water remained. Purchased new, this issue has slowly become more frequent over the last year. Can anyone help me find a resource to replace the capacitor on this old kenmore microwave model 99321? It is a dual capacitance capacitor used to control the COOK vs DEFROST settings. Have not been able to find a dual value 3 terminal microwave capcitor like this. Total capacitance adds up to .97uf. Any possibility of me finding a similar dual capacitance unit that will work? I have a Frigidaire Refrigerator model FGHS2631PF4A and it stopped making ice as well the water dispenser is super slow. First I ran the manual diagnostics on it, which didn’t help fix it. I then replaced the water filter base and that didn’t fix it. I then replaced the water inlet valve and that didn’t help either. Not sure what the issue is. I have a GE ENERGY STAR 4.8 Cu. Ft. Capacity Smart Front Load Washer With UltraFresh Vent System With OdorBlock And Sanitize W/OxiModel number GFW550SSN1WWIt stopped draining and then would time out and say end. There are no clogs anywhere. We then put it in diagnostic mode and showed codes for the drain pump and inverter board. We have since replaced the drain pump and inverter board with parts from GE. The washer still doesn't drain and now the only code it shows is for to much water in the tub. Please someone tell me what's wrong with my washer. I got a Frigidaire gallery electric oven ,that is warming for 5 minutes and then it shut off after 5 minutes. I check continuity of the bake element, the broil element, the thermal fuse and they are good. I check the ohms of the thermometer (i got 1087 Ohms) and look like good.I check my back electric block for the oven and i got 240 volts for two legs, and 123 volts for each leg. Happy Friday everyone, Any Samsung Heads in the group? Fridge # RF263BEAESG/AA. The ice door (flap) would start flapping on its own. I replaced the main board and the dispenser assembly. It worked for 3.5 months. just got a recall it is doing the same thing. shutting off the breaker does not help. did not see any service bulletins on STG. I have Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher that’s 3-5 years old. I’ve actually posted about it here before. 🙄 My current problem is that it wasn’t filling with water, so obviously the dishes weren’t getting clean. However, after many desperate ideas were attempted, I realized that it works about 85% of the time if I have the unit fully pulled out from under the counter. HiI have a leisure range cooker.The electric oven door has 2 magnets to keep the door closed.One on the top edge of the door and one on the bottom.When the oven is cold the door isTightly held.When the oven is hot the door opens,the magnets lose their strength.I have replaced the magnets but it is still the same.I’m at a loss now,any thoughts?Regards ... I have a Samsung dishwasher (dw80r5060us) from Costco. It’s fairly new from 2022, but the stupid think keeps filling with water. If we leave it for more than a couple hours, the bottom of the tub would be 1/2-3/4ths full of water. I replaced the check valve, but still the same issue. Anyone experience this? Good day everyone happy Friday. Looking for a little bit of help.. I’m working on a single electric, GE monogram oven ZET938SM2SS. Customer complaint was unit was shut down after. Screen goes blank. I have an LG WT1501CW top load washing machine. It runs perfectly fine, except while it's filling. While its filling and the drum is spinning fairly slowly, there is a very faint squeaking noise. This noise is only heard while filling, and it does not make that noise during any other cycle. Its direct drive so it is not the belt, and its very difficult recreate by hand. I have a Kenmore upright freezer that food was starting to thaw out in. I took the inside panel out to check if the fan was working. It was but the coils were frozen over as well as the thermostat and there was a bunch of ice in the bottom. I figured it was either the defrost timer or heating element. I brushed the ice off of the thermostat and left it alone to go to work. It is now working again. My question is should I replace the thermostat since that's really the only thing I touched before it started working again or would the ice building up in the bottom cause it to not circulate properly? Hello folks, My Kenmore dryer (500 series) hums when you press “start.” I opened her up, cleaned out built-up lint and checked the belt and it’s fine. The drum spins manually, and the motor isn’t locked up. If I press “start” and give the drum a little push to get it rolling, it works fine. I have an electric GE dryer (model gtd42easj2ww). It will dry one load with no issues. However, if you try to dry a second load right after the first is done, it quits mid cycle, leaving wet clothes.I cleaned out a very clogged vent line. That didn't fix it. So we have ordered and tried to replace the bottom door seal on our dishwasher on a Frigidaire model. the new seal would not lock into place and I believe it is due to degradation of the plastic hook the fits the notch circled in the picture below. Anyone know what to check when a dishwasher isn't filling with water? Just replaced the water inlet valve no luck. Also read to check the float but my model doesn't have a float inside. I have a GE refrigerator, side by side my ice maker stopped working, so I got a new one from parts select. I did everything in the video, instructions etc. When I plugged the refrigerator back in the door lights worked but nothing else. I had a control board from another repair ( long story, turned out to be simple fix not control board) someone recommended replacing the control board so tried it and now it's working, I have not plugged in the ice maker for fear of it blowing out my control board again. My furnace fan keeps shutting of before the house comes to temperature. It stays off for a minute or two and then fires up again. It will cycle like that until it reaches the temperature that the thermostat is set to. In the past this has happened and I just cleaned up the flame sensor rod. I assumed that was what needed done again. Took it out to clean but it looked pretty clean. Gave it a good once over anyways but it didn’t help this time. Thermostat is fine. I called Mike because my LG Refrigerator is not functioning properly. He told me OVER THE PHONE exactly what the issue was and directed me to call LG because they would repair it for a lower price since it had a warranty. MOUTH DROP. He could have made over $1400 on me but he is a true service man with GREAT service! He directed me elsewhere at a cost to himself. You cannot get more HONEST than that!

I am not using him this time, but going forward this number will be saved in my phone. I am also a Realtor in the area and I will be directing all my clients to MIKE! THank you Mike! Just when I thought the world was a total loss!

My refrigerator would no longer get cold. I requested a quote from HQ App. on Yelp and within a few minutes I recieved a response and made an appointment for the next day. Mike texted to let me know he was on the way and was on time for the appointment. Mike took a look at the refrigerator/ freezer and quickly determined the issue to be the defroster. Mike made sure I understood the issue and pointed out the issue in the freezer. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and fixed another issue at my house. He provided a one year warranty on the work and also texted the next day to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.
