My refrigerator would no longer get cold. I requested a quote from HQ App. on Yelp and within a few minutes I recieved a response and made an appointment for the next day. Mike texted to let me know he was on the way and was on time for the appointment. Mike took a look at the refrigerator/ freezer and quickly determined the issue to be the defroster. Mike made sure I understood the issue and pointed out the issue in the freezer. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and fixed another issue at my house. He provided a one year warranty on the work and also texted the next day to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.

I had standing water in the bottom of the dishwasher. Called Sunday afternoon around 4 PM. He showed up and fix the dishwasher was done by 6:30 pm. He brought all the tools necessary, diagnose the problem which was likely a simple blockage. Rates were reasonable considering how quickly the work was done. I paid $150 total. Compare that to Sears which wants to charge you $99 assessment fee just to look at it, and whatever charges on top of that. Would definitely use them again and recommend to a friend. FYI: I am a real reviewer, no fake reviews here.
