    Appliance repair serviceSo, the most honest review! This tech already repaired my heater one year ago. i did not know that he also professional in repairing AC's.
    last evening my AC air blower stopped working (100 degree outside). It was about 7 pm I called him (out of regular working hours), he said that can visit my home next day morning. i kindly explained that it is too hot, he understood and came in a 20 minutes .
    Work description:
    He made all necessary diagnostics, and found that capacitor is bad, brought from his van a temporary capacitor and my air blower started to work.
    Price:
    We did negotiate fora a best price i could ever get, $150 for Diagnostic and part replacement after working hours!!! Plus i got discount, which is also negotiable.
    Epilogue:
    tech left, and by 9pm Air Blower stopped working again. I called tech, and he picked up the phone, I've explained him what is going on. He promised to buy a necessary capacitor ( temporary one was low voltage) in the morning.
    Real scenario: He cam the same day at 11pm!!! Himself, nobody pushed him! by 1 AM the problem has been resolved!
    i went to bed with a super cold air blowing from my AC.

    Mike came the next day, after I called him very late at night ( I was expecting a call center , and surprised it was a live person) to fix my whirlpool fridge, he is very knowledgeable about refrigerators and charged a fair price and took the time to explain the issue with my fridge. I will definitely call him if I have any problem with any appliance (he fixes other appliances besides refrigerators)

    Appliance repairMike is amazing! As a new homeowner in Houston, I’ve used his service twice now. Once when our Jenn-Air fridge wasn’t cooling in the height of summer and today when our pipes froze and had no running water during an 18 degree cold snap. Both times were urgent and on a moments notice, and he responded within minutes. He’s extremely knowledgeable, affordable, and very professional and knew exactly what the problem was both times (even as I explained to him over the phone).     Highly recommend HQ Appliance Repair, especially Mike. Mike repaired my Rinnai tankless water heater with very quickly and at a reasonable cost. Other companies contacted trough Home Adviser recommended to change the unit, which would cost me much more or to replace the failed component at 6 times the cost of the component (quoted labor costs were very high).     Refrigerator repair serviceMike arrived to diagnose my Kenmore refrigerator. I was not cooling at all, even though I could hear it was running. He was able to verify that the compressor was working properly, but that it needed refrigerant. He recharged the system with refrigerant, reassembled everything, and the frig is cooling great now! Mike even called back a couple days later to make sure the frig was still cooling and that I was happy with the repair. Thanks Mike!

    5 star rating Winecooler repairWe were really impressed with Mike's professionalism and promptness. He took his time to do the work and explained what he recommended in a way that was easy to understand despite his audience not being very knowledgeable. His pricing was very fair, but what was most impressive is that when the wine cooler stopped working a couple of days later he spent more time diagnosing the problem until it was resolved. Keep in mind that he did not charge us again for spending over a hour again after he was initially paid several days earlier. He gave us many options going forward and even suggested different models in the event that we did not to repair it in the future. He even checked up on us a couple of days later again. This type of service was thoroughly appreciated by our entire household. We highly recommend him!

    GE refrigerator repairHad an issue with my refrigerator. Called HQ Appliance Repair and set an appointment. Mike came on time, diagnosed the issue and named a reasonable price to get it fixed. I’ve been kept updated at every step. Now it’s working as new and the working area was left spotless, no boxes, parts or wrappers were left. I called Mike because my LG Refrigerator is not functioning properly. He told me OVER THE PHONE exactly what the issue was and directed me to call LG because they would repair it for a lower price since it had a warranty. MOUTH DROP. He could have made over $1400 on me but he is a true service man with GREAT service! He directed me elsewhere at a cost to himself. You cannot get more HONEST than that!

I am not using him this time, but going forward this number will be saved in my phone. I am also a Realtor in the area and I will be directing all my clients to MIKE! THank you Mike! Just when I thought the world was a total loss!

Review of Freezer & Refrigerator repair Houston TX

My refrigerator would no longer get cold. I requested a quote from HQ App. on Yelp and within a few minutes I recieved a response and made an appointment for the next day. Mike texted to let me know he was on the way and was on time for the appointment. Mike took a look at the refrigerator/ freezer and quickly determined the issue to be the defroster. Mike made sure I understood the issue and pointed out the issue in the freezer. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and fixed another issue at my house. He provided a one year warranty on the work and also texted the next day to make sure everything was ok. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone.
